Thuis in de storm. ++ At home in the storm.

Thuis in de storm.
At home in the storm.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 14 september, 2026   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Harte groeten,
Hans

At home in the storm.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,
This summer I have spent a lot of time alone and in silence.
In a retreat in France, roaming with my small tent and on a sailboat.
The silence and the absence of sensory stimuli was nourishing and healing.
It took me however multiple days to take a distance and be at ease. There was every time a new message, or a curiosity, or a memory of an appointment to be made.
Also the world-news caused regularly anger and sorrow.
It startled me when I saw how much the world still occupied me. After that realisation, I have set myself on an e-mail diet, one hour a day.
After a few days it became easy. I noticed that many issues could wait. The biggest step was no news, and later-on only just enough to know what was going on.

Sometimes there is a storm, a storm outside us.
Sometimes there is a storm inside us.

How can you keep the relationship with the outside world without loosing yourself.
How can you observe the emotions and thoughts in yourself and not being overflown.
How can I say connected without closing off emotionally.

The practice that is offered to us by the Dharma is to go back to our breathing, coming home and feel your body again. Recognizing the connectedness with your roots, with life and experiencing that you are carried.
In the last words before his death, the Buddha said that your awareness, your mindfulness is like an Island onto yourself. A place where you are safe in the turbulent sea of emotions. A place that cannot be taken away from you and that is always there.
Your mindfulness is like a lamp, that shows you where you are and where you can place your foot for the next step.
Your mindfulness shows you that, with the Dharma, you are firmly rooted like a tree, by all your ancestors, all your teachers, and your environment. The storm can pull at the branches, but the stem is firm and stable by the roots in nourishing ground. You are not separated, you are carried.

The lesson I learned this summer is that through meditation and allowing the connectedness, I could slow down and reconnect. Get a clear mind again and gained a new perspective. And allow the world in again in a dosed way, starting from compassion and the confidence of connectedness.

Monday evening we will meditate and share together.
I wish you a peaceful weekend, full of discovery and connectedness,
Heartfelt regards,
Hans

Samatha, Stop en Adem ++ Stop and Breathe

Samatha.

Stoppen en ademen

Stop and breathe.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"

Maandag 27 July, 2026   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Harte groeten,

Hans

Samatha, Stop and breathe.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

 Dear Sangha,

Often I hear the question: 'What does meditation bring you?'

A more honest question would be: "What is taken away by meditation?"

The first question gives the immediate impulse: 'I have to do something' or 'I have to achieve something'.

It brings the feeling of 'success' or 'failure'.

While meditation is all about returning and letting go.

About returning to, about allowing the natural state.

Allowing to return to silence and clarity.

Meditation in a meditation room and in a meditation group is helping you and gives space to practice and develop this.

In our daily lives there is so much distraction and disturbance that our minds are constantly drawn away.

By practicing and making it a 'routine' it becomes easier to have a calm and clear mind even in difficult and hectic situations.

Meditation starts with stopping (Samatha). Learning to stop, noticing that you stop is already an enormous relief. Some people don't even recognize that they are running.

Stopping, bringing rest and balance to your body. Your breath helps you to relax, but also to bring back your attention.

Your attention has the habit to run after every thing and to grab it.

Stop and Breathe, helps you to calm down your mind.

Last week I got the following image:

When you want to put a marble on the back of a spoon, that will be very difficult. Anger, judgement and impatience will make it worse. With a lot of concentration and patience it may work. However the smallest disturbance will make the marble to roll off the spoon.

Your mind is so eager to chase the thoughts, that it looks almost impossible to stay at rest.

Observing the 'disturbances' and the 'grabbing' by the mind, helps you to observe that there is an empty and silent space.

You can smile to the thoughts and and the mental constructs. Learn to see and recognize that you, yourself are OK. That you are that silent and stable space.

Your breath, your loving non-judgmental attention and compassion form a bedding, a safe space. It is as if you put the marble in the hollow side of the spoon.

There are disturbances, you observe them, smile and return.

Monday evening we will meditate and share together.

I wish you a peaceful weekend, full of discovery and connectedness,

Heartfelt regards,

Hans

Compassie en Inzicht ++ Compassion and Insight

Compassie en Inzicht,
Compassion and Insight,
Ontvangen van de vier edele waarheden,
Receiving the four noble truths.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 12 Januari, 2026   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Warme groeten
Hans

Compassion and Insight,
Receiving the four noble truths.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,
There is suffering,
there is the rising of suffering
there is extinction of suffering
there is a path to the extinction of suffering.

I experience this as a very reassuring and comforting statement from the Buddha, from the time he started his life as a teacher.
Suffering is an aggregate, a collection, a construct and it can and will fall apart.
Acknowledging suffering as a human experience gives us the opportunity to see the human that suffers. When I let that sink in, there is almost immediately compassion. We are all human, we share this life and we are together in this life. When you look closely you see that there is no boundary between you and me, between now and then and between back then and tomorrow. The future does not exist yet, and the past is only present in the things we carry with us. All those boundaries and labels are constructs to which we cling to, against all common sense. The misunderstanding of "Separateness" and "un-changable" keeps us prisoner in want, sorrow, anger and fear.
This is for me a liberating insight. It gives me a second entrance to compassion: "Gee..., I suffer because I am looking in the wrong place"

You are not your emotion, you experience your emotion.
Your emotion comes, stays a while, and dissolves again.
You are witness of this proces, when you look deeply it is you that holds on to the pain. The suffering comes as a repetition.
A beautiful exercise to stay in the reality of the moment, is the metaphor of the mirror:
In the mirror you can see everything, but the mirror itself does not hold on to anything, the mirror stays unchanged.

Here I received help from another deep insight:
Cuong Lu said once at the start of a Dharma talk:
"You are a beautiful manifestation of life"
Some time after that, I sat in morning-meditation and there was a lot of sadness about all the dirt and mud that was dumped on me, and sadness about my perception that I had to plough through that. In that instant I remembered these words of Cuong Lu. I realized that dirt and mud can sit ON a diamant, but never IN a diamond. The mud can be washed off easily, and the diamond is still as pure and radiant as before.

We can suffer because we have a longing for an image, or a desire, or bring back something from the past. That is suffering of a repetition.
The other way is that we can experience suffering as a reality, a human that suffers. To see a person in the current circumstances. That is not a repetition of concepts.
Pain, sickness, loss, old age and death are unavoidable; they are inseparable parts of life.
Suffering as a reality is not a repetition, it brings insight.

To see and acknowledge suffering and recognize it, gives relief and brings compassion. This is why the Buddha called the acknowledgement of suffering the first noble truth.
Noble here is meant as: precious, rich, because it brings a path to insight and compassion.
The fourth noble truth gives the path leading to the dissolving (extinguishing) of suffering (Dukkha Niroda): The first step of this eightfold path is Right View ( Samyak Drishti). Right (Samyak) here means complete, correct.

The invitation is to be present from your true home, from your source.
With compassion, with clear insight.

There is suffering in the world, there is suffering in you. Seeing, recognizing and acknowledging of suffering means that you can say:
Darling, I see your suffering, I am here for you.
I see you , you are beautiful !

This Monday evening  we will meditate and share together.
I wish us a wonderful weekend, full of beauty, gratitude, connectedness and compassion.

Warm regards
Hans

Dukkha Satya

Dukkha Satya,
Suffering is a noble truth,
Lijden is een edele waarheid.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 5 Januari, 2026   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Thay Cuong Lu zegt daarover:

Warme groeten
Hans

Dear Sangha,
There is suffering !
This is a statement from the Buddha when he started his life as a teacher.
Pain, sickness, loss, old age and death are unavoidable; they are inseparable parts of life.
We suffer because we do not understand and fight against it.

Thay Cuong Lu says about this:
Suffering is not a problem.

We make it a problem by pushing it away and constantly strife for happiness. The norms we put on ourselves and the eternal strife gives us a focus on the "want", the falling short. It brings judgement.
Suffering and happiness are a construct, a consequence of a judgement, a preference.

We can suffer because we have a longing for an image, or a desire, or bring back something from the past. That is suffering of a repetition.
Or we can experience suffering as a reality, a human that suffers.

He also mentioned a second noble truth : Suffering has a root, Ignorance.
And a third noble truth: There is extinction of suffering. You can become free of suffering. (Dukkha niroda)

Our daily lives, the things around us, are there. They ask your attention, they lead you away. Our mind gives meaning, importance to it.
The invitation is to be present from your true home, from your source.
Can you be in peace with what comes to you and be firmly rooted in your home.
Seeing reality without images or expectations.

There is suffering in the world, there is suffering in you. Seeing, recognizing and acknowledging of suffering means that you can say:
Darling, I see your suffering, I am here for you.

At the start of this new year we wish each other well, in line with the warm inclusivity of the Metta meditation.
Peace, health and connectedness for all living an non-living.

This Monday evening  we will meditate and share together.
I wish us a wonderful weekend, full of beauty, gratitude, connectedness and compassion.

Delen van geluk en dankbaarheid ++ Sharing happiness and gratitude

Delen van geluk en dankbaarheid
Sharing happiness and gratitude.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 29 December, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Warme groeten
Hans

Sharing happiness and gratitude.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,
You are connected, You are a Buddha.
Sometimes we forget and luckily the path back is always there and open.
By stopping and allowing the connectedness to be you can live in this richness.
This is the world that we can offer each other.
This is the connectedness in which we can lean and on which we can rely.

It only takes a few breaths to touch your true home, to let go of all your thoughts and afflictions. Home is always there. The Buddha, your Buddha nature is always there.
We do not have to go anywhere to arrive home, to touch your root.

This Monday evening  we will have a short meditation and use the rest of the evening to share together our happiness and our gratitude.
Everyone is invited to bring something that represents that happiness. That can be a song, a poem, an experience, an anecdote, an short text or a quote, a photo or music. It can also be something nice to eat. The most important thing is that it is an expression of your happiness and gratitude.

I wish us a wonderful weekend, full of beauty, gratitude, connectedness and compassion.

Warm regards
Hans

Zintuigdeuren beschermen. ++ Guarding sense doors.

Zintuigdeuren beschermen.

Guarding sense doors.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 10 November, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Bovenstaande voorbeelden komen terug in:

Guarding sense doors.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,

Our senses are our window to the world. There is a constant flux of stimuli that give us information.
Some stimuli we actively choose, however many are not chosen or even inevitable.
As soon as there is contact (Sparsa), a feeling (Vedana) arises. And from that feeling it is a very easy step to attachment or rejection. Leading to craving (Tanha) and suffering (Dukkha).

The temptations in the world are pulling at us. Well known examples are Gaming and Cannabis, they have the power to capture attention and to isolate people.
A short selection of the media this weekend:
"Vaping" is seducing increasing numbers of young people, and increasingly younger. Many of them get severe addicted and suffer lung damage.
A new temptation is arisen with the coming of Ai, Now that Ai can render photo and video, there is a new trend in pornography. Ai makes it possible to individually visualize your ideal partner or fantasy. It is not hard to imagine that the strong force of our sexual energy can give strong addictions. With two effects: Replacing human contact with an object, and the feeding and training of your senses with stimuli that move further away from reality.

During a Dharma talk in Plumvillage Thich Nhat Hanh directed our attention:
"The untrained mind can cause us great difficulty, a trained mind can bring us love, compassion, insight and freedom."

During the times of the Buddha a day to day metaphor was used for the capturing of the senses by temptations and for the training of the mind:
The metaphor of the pole and the ox: (Mahātaṇhāsaṅkhaya Sutta (MN 38))
"Just as, bhikkhus, if a young calf, still sucking milk, is to be trained, the cowherd fastens it with a strong rope to a strong post or stake. The calf struggles, kicks, and runs about, but being fastened to the strong post by the strong rope, it is unable to go elsewhere. Finally, weary and exhausted, the calf sits or lies down beside the post.

In the same way, [the meditating monk] fastens his mind with the rope of mindfulness (sati) to the post of the meditation object [such as the breath]. The mind struggles, kicks, and runs about, but being fastened by the rope of mindfulness, it is unable to go elsewhere. Finally, weary and exhausted, the mind settles down right there, quietens, and becomes unified
."

This metaphor helps us to keep our senses in "the safe zone" (eye, ear, nose, tongue, skin, mind) The invitation is to see reality, to look further than the immediate shortterm effect. To investigate the first impression of pleasant, unpleasant, neutral.
"The fish sees the bait, but is unaware of the hook"

Last week we studied "Emptiness" of perceptions.
A color is just a color, a shape is just a shape, they have no meaning in themselves, they are empty of meaning.
Guarding  the sense doors, helps to demask illusions; To see reality as it is.
Being free from influx of sensory stimuli. Not being caught by the temptation of pleasant, the pain of unpleasant. Free from addiction or from running away.

When this does not come easy, we can help our senses by guarding (or restraining). For instance we can choose to wait a while. Or we can choose to keep something outside our system, because we know what negative effect it has on us.
My personal experience with alcohol is the experiment of not drinking alcohol for two weeks and after that meticulously observing what the impact is on my body, mind, thinking and emotions.
Another example is media content with violence and gossip. Or conversations with unconfirmed allegations or polarization.

The Buddha has give five instructions (precepts) as advise:
The five "Sila" (restraints) or often called mindfulness trainings.

Above examples are addressed in:
Sila 3: Healing speech and listening
Sila 4: Healing love and sexuality
Sila 5: Healing nourishment (for body and mind)
There are many formulations and applications of these instructions (see for instance 5MT), by continuous study and rephrasing to the current context, it becomes a living practice and it stays easy to connect to.

This Monday evening  we will meditate and share together.
I wish us a wonderful weekend, full of connectedness and compassion.

Warm regards
Hans

Ruimte om te helen ++ Space to heal.

Ruimte om te helen.

Space to heal.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 22 september, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Warme groeten
Hans

Space to heal.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,

"Only when I sat down I could feel how tired I was"
"I needed some time to catch my breath"
"I has been a tough period, we all shed some skin, but slowly we can relax again and look around"

The words may not come as a surprise to you, you may have used them yourself.
Humans are a powerful and resilient species. So powerful that we regularly run faster than our feet can carry.
The other side is there too, when the circumstances are rough, it turns out that we are more solid and capable of more than we thought.

There is however a difference if this power is rooted in willpower or in connectedness and trust. My experience is that moving on based on willpower often works, but in the end will have a high cost.

Our Buddhist practice gives us the option of "taking refuge".
An attempt to give that words would be:
Willpower originates from our mind (Our discursive thinking) and Taking refuge is rooted in our being.
When you take refuge, you enter a space that can be described as indivisible and  immutable. You let the world of separation go. You come home to your roots, your source.

A colleague who, with his family, was confronted with serious illness of his son told me this week:
"I can hardly give words to how we got through this together; The only thing I can think of is the word 'Love', we held each other with compassion and gratitude"

We can give space to connectedness.
In connectedness (non-separation) you are not alone an you can give the people around you space and support to heal.

You stop separation and judgement; You come home; You come home to your source.
In the words of Thich Nhat Hanh:
"I have arrived, I am home" In the safe place, where you do not have to up-hold or defend  anything.
Thay Cuong Lu says:
"You let go of your conditioned mind, and give room to your raw, unconditioned mind" You are open and receptive to become aware without discrimination (separation) or judgement. You are empty of separation.
As soon as you notice were you create separation, you also notice connectedness.

Life is a wondrous gift. A precious and unique present. You and I are a unique wonder. We have the opportunity to live without separation, with gratitude and compassion.

Stopping separation, opens your heart and gives space for connectedness.
Coming home to the silence that is already in you, to the connectedness that is already there.

This Monday evening  we will meditate and share together.
I wish us a wonderful weekend, full of connectedness and compassion.

Warm regards
Hans

No after no before ++ geen ervoor geen erna

Geen ervoor, geen erna.
No after, no before.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 1 september, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Het boek door Thich Nhat Hanh is: How to focus.
Origineel in ENG: How to focus

No after, no before.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,

Thich Nhat Hanh writes in his book "How to focus" a simile of the transformation of cookies from dough to a cookie.
A copy from the book is above.

It poses us the question: am I an individual, a separate unit, or am I part of 'humanity', or maybe part of the cosmos.

How am I present in this world and how is the world present in me.
The present moment does not exist on its own, the past is not gone and the future is embedded in our presence. When you try to separate or isolate those three, you are doing something impossible.
When we accept that a human is porous and temporary, that boundaries (in time and space) are an illusion, there is nothing too cling to and there is nothing to cling with.
We are new and different in every moment. The person in the photo no longer exist, and when you look deeply, that person in the photo is still there. You and that person are not one and the same, but also not two different persons. It is our mind that makes the separation. When we look at ourselves and when we look at others.

Another simile is 'Wave' and 'water', there is no doubt that the wave is water, when it arises, when it is present, when it is diminishing and when it is no longer visible.
There is no before or no after, it is water, time has nothing to do with it.

The question to us by the simile is: How do you see your life, your presence. When you are becoming this form, when you are in this form, when this form is diminishing, or when this form is no longer visible.
There is no before, or no after, you are you, you are unique with no beginning or end.

Life becomes with that a wondrous gift. A precious and unique present. You and I are a unique wonder. We have the opportunity to live without separation, with gratitude and compassion.

Stopping separation, opens your heart and gives space for connectedness.
Coming home to the silence that is already in you, to the connectedness that is already there.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 21 juli, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Warme groeten
Hans
De bijeenkomst vindt Maandag avond plaats in de Schatkamer Mimosaplein 2

De indeling van de avond is:
19:15: voorbereiden van de ruimte
19.30: aankomen, thee en ontmoeting
20h00  Inleiding thema, geleide meditatie, loopmeditatie,
stille meditatie.

Ksanti. Patience of the heart.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,
Some situations feel like they cut you through your soul. They feel like a stab in the heart. We call them unbearable.
A friend who is ill, a loved one that suffers. Or when something happens to your child. The incomprehensible cruelty and criminal behavior around us.
How to deal with that? How can we live with that?

The Dharma brings us a number of entrances.
In the moment of enlightenment, the Buddha realized something that became the first noble truth: There is suffering. The world, the reality is that there is sickness, old age and death. This cannot be avoided.
Also in the west numerous sayings on this are in use.

The Dharma teaches also us that a situation occurs when the conditions are sufficient. When conditions are no longer sufficient the situation changes.
Like the lamp, when there is oil, a wick, a starting flame and oxygen, the lamp will give light. If one of those conditions is not there the flame will not be there.
This helps us to become free when we cannot change the conditions. And help us to recognize the things we can do.
A saying  by Francis of Assisi is:
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.

One of the six Paramita's (six wisdoms) is Ksanti, this can be translated as patience, but also as forbearance and also as forgiving.
When you cannot change the circumstances or the conditions, patience or forbearance is a wise step.
Bearing the unbearable.
We do what we can as human beings. Not looking away, present when we can change the conditions. Being with someone with compassion and solidarity is immeasurable.
Ksanti is a step towards inner peace. Stopping of inner struggle opens your heart and gives space for connectedness.

Coming home to the silence that is already in you, to the connectedness that is already there.

This Monday evening  we will meditate and share together.

I wish us a wonderful weekend , full of connectedness and compassion.

Warm regards
Hans

Vertrouwen ++ Faith 20250407

 Vertrouwen.

Faith.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 7 april, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Beelden, verwachtingen, meningen buitelen over elkaar heen.

Vertrouwen, Toewijding, Mindfulness, Concentratie, Inzicht.

"You carry Mother Earth, you carry the sunshine, you carry the rain, everything.
This is not a 'me', this is a 'we'. We inter-are.
If we remove the element of parents, ancestors, food, education, air, water, there is no 'us' left.
So, 'we' means the whole cosmos."

- TNH, Silence: The Power of Quiet in a World Full of Noise

Warme groet
Hans

Faith.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

"In the light of interbeing, peace and happiness in your daily life means peace and happiness in the world." - TNH

Dear Sangha,

This week I was confronted in several ways.
Confronted by world events.
And confronted by conversations with friends.
A good friend expressed: "I feel so powerless, I have the feeling I have no influence on what is happening"

You may have noticed that the on-going violence in Gaza and Ukraine touches me deeply.
Another friend asked me: "Why are you pay so much attention to it, and how can you stay looking at it"
It indeed costs me a lot of concentration, but I try not to look away. And with that all emotions that can be expected arise as expected.
Next to that I also pay attention to the beautiful things that are there and what we can be grateful for.

The question that arose was: "What makes me anxious and what makes me confident. What makes the faith stay."

I could trace the unrest back to my thinking. Images, expectations and opinions bounced around in my mind. It filled my attention.
When I noticed that, a smile came, despite the unrest.
The smile was the remembrance of the Dharma, the application of the Dharma.
As I have learned from Cuong Lu:
The application of the Dharma is by stopping and going back to connectedness, to our root, to our source. Using the insight of Inter-being: there is no separateness.

The reality as it is now, I cannot change now. By perceiving reality as it is I can act with insight and compassion.

The happiness that we crave and suffering that we try to push away are constructs of our thinking, of our consciousness. It is colored by our fears and our desires. By going back to the connectedness, to the insight of interbeing, calmness and compassion arise. Our thinking becomes transparent and spacious.

From that connectedness we can act, sometimes by doing nothing sometimes by acting.
I have noticed that when I speak-up against injustice, when I speak up for solidarity, when I show compassion, others do so too. We are not alone.

Confidence, Faith, is with that: Faith in the Dharma, faith in life itself.
Faith is one of the 5 powers that we have:
Faith, Diligence, Mindfulness, Concentration, Insight.

The insight of the Dharma and of the working of our mind, grows our confidence to be present, diligently and mindful, with insight and compassion.

De aanwezigheid van de Boeddha. == The presence of the Buddha.

 De aanwezigheid van de Boeddha.

The presence of the Buddha.

Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 17 maart, 2025   (English below)

Dierbare Sangha,

Thich Nhat Hanh zei regelmatig, "We zijn allemaal part time Boeddha's"

Fijn weekend
Hans

The presence of the Buddha.

Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.

Dear Sangha,

Where is the Buddha? is an interesting question, for multiple reasons.
Is the intention to analyze?
Or are you looking for a specific image or expectation?
Do you need help or want to give help?
Are you looking outside yourself or also inside?

The name Buddha is given to a person who embodies the Dharma, someone who can be free of concepts, judgement and separation. Someone with insight and compassion.

Thich Nhat Hanh regularly said: " We are all part time Buddha's"
Thay Cuong Lu Reminds us: "It is not about the knowledge, but it is all about the application of the Dharma. The embodiment."

Can we truly see and recognize suffering? Can we see that it manifests and dissolves in our mind?
Can we be present with compassion?
Can we apply the eightfold path in our daily lives?

We have learned in our practice to stop, to come home to our source.
We can take refuge, ask for help of the Dharma.
With Inner knowing, Confidence.
That is why you can ask for help any time, just say it: " Buddha, Thay please help me"
You can even ask yourself.

During one of the lectures Thich Nhat Hanh said:
"A radio can be tuned to radio waves. You cannot see them, but when you switch on and select the station, you hear the music"

Monday evening we will meditate and share,
Have a wonderful weekend,
Hans
