Are you taking proper care of your emotions? Are you a good friend to yourself? There is so much happening around us that it absorbs all our attention. Now that even our familiar places can contain a threat is is very important that we take proper care for our selves.

Taking proper care of yourself starts with noticing the emotions and thoughts.
