Dear friends,
Albert Einstein once said : Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
Have you ever wonder, what is it in the nature that you can learn from? the weather, the seasons, the movement of the ocean, the cycle of the moon, the Earth's rotation, the death and re-birth of all matter, ...
Everything rises and passes naturally.
A tree does not suffer when it loses it's leaves in the Fall. A cloud does not sad when it become rain. The Earth does not suffer when there is a hurricane.
The elements are simply interacting, changing, shifting moment to moment.
Everything about our human existence is no different. Every cell in our body is changing, shifting, dying, renewing, and transforming every single moment. Our moods, our emotions, the sensations in our bodies, the circumstances we are presented with, and more, are subject to the same.
Thich Nhat Hanh said: "It is not impermanence that makes us suffer. What make us suffer is wanting things to be permanent when they are not"
