Mindfulness of our feelings and emotions

Dear Friends,

Following our study and practicing the Sutra on mindful breathing we are touching our stability and joy. This stability and joy will help us to relax and open up for looking at our feelings and emotions.

In order to take care of our emotions it is good to observe and recognize our felings and emotions.
In that way emotions become our best friend, but also you will be the best friend of your emotion.

Doors will be open at 19h30 for tea,
if you want to help setting up the room you will be welcome as of 19h15.
Meditation starts at 20h followed by Dharma sharing at about 21h.

As usual we close with informal tea
