Firmly Rooted

Dear Friends,

The theme of our meditation on Monday Jan-6 will be:
Firmly Rooted

Trees can withstand storms, cold winters and have beautiful leaves and fruit.
During the storm the branches can move violently and sometimes a branch breaks. But if the tree is firmly rooted the stem and the tree stands still.
Roots go deep in fertile healthy soil, bringing healthy nourishing nutriments to feed the tree and bring fruit.

We will look at our own roots and the environment where we have dug-in our roots.
There are three kinds of roots we can look at:
Our family roots
Our roots in our living environment
Our spiritual roots

We will meditate on caring for our roots and keeping our roots clean and healthy. And we will look at what nutriments our roots bring.

Doors of de Kapel will be open at 19h30, for tea and settling down
Meditation will start at 20h00
at 21h after a short break we will have Dharma sharing
We close as usual with informal tea.
