Touching Home ++ Thuis aanraken.
Meditatie en uitwisseling in "de Schatkamer"
Maandag 16 maart, 2026 (English below)
Dierbare Sangha,
Observeren zonder oordeel, zonder concept of verwachting.
Gewaarwording zonder herinnering, plan of betekenis.
Warme groeten
Hans
Touching home.
Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.
Meditation and sharing in "de Schatkamer" this Monday evening.
Dear Sangha,
Coming home to yourself, is returning to yourself.
Letting go of everything that pulls you away.
Your worries about the future pull you away.
Your nostalgia about the past is pulling you away.
Repeating of situations and discussions from the past are pulling you away.
Your thinking, judging, remembering, fantasizing bring you to other places.
A way to let go of your thinking is to go back to pure observation, pure awareness.
For instance of the breath, or of the body.
Observing without judgement, without concept or expectation.
For instance you can observe the wind or the sun touching your skin. Or the tip of your finger on your skin.
Becoming aware without memorizing, planning or meaning.
When you let go of your thinking only the awareness remains.
For instance the awareness or your thinking, you become aware of your thougts.
Or for instance the silence, you become aware of silence.
This is a space in which you become aware of what manifests or passes by.
This space is free of fear or loss, free of desire and aversion.
The invitation is to be present, open, with mindfulness, without judgement. Be present from your true home, from your source. Allow the connectedness to be. You are invited to connect to reality, to investigate, to lead your life with mindfulness, compassion, with clear insight.
This Monday evening we will meditate and share together about pure awareness of the body and the breath.
I wish us a wonderful weekend:
Today is going to be my peaceful day
Warm regards
Hans
